Delhi Book Launch on March 10, 2017

The Promise of Beauty and Why It Matters by Shakti Maira was launched by artist Anjolie Ela Menon, dancer Geeta Chandran, poet Ashok Vajpeyi and environmentalist Vandana Shiva, who participated in a spirited discussion on beauty. This was followed by a moving dance performance by Geeta Chandran, inspired by the book, at the art gallery amidst Shakti’s sculpture.
